Payment

  • Please pay via credit card at checkout. Payment must be received to process your order. Checks are not accepted, and payroll deduction is not offered.

Delivery

  • Your Order will be completed and shipped in 7-10 days to the address you provide. Due to pandemic-related supply issues, some items may be on back order. ATS Printing will contact you if an item is currently unavailable with a tentative delivery date or the option to change your order.  

Embroidery and Heat Transfer

  • The embroidery colors have already been established by the firm to ensure consistency.
  • The Yeo & Yeo logo will be applied to certain garments via heat transfer instead of embroidery at the discretion of the Promotional Brand Partner.  Examples of such garments may include t-shirts, thinner garments, and performance garments where embroidery may cause the fabric to pucker.
  • Sorry, apparel and other items may not be returned.
